How far in advance should we book?
Although at times, we are able to cater for a last minute event. weekends and peak season dates can fill up well in advance. It is not unusual to be booked out a year in advance. As soon as you know your date it is recommended you place a hold on it immediately to avoid disappointment.
How do I lock in my event date?
All bookings that are made that detail date, time and tentative numbers will be held for a pre-arranged time period and will be stipulated in your initial confirmation email. A non-refundable booking deposit of $150AUD is required to complete this process. If the deposit is not made by the due date, unfortunately we will need to release the booking date. If you are having trouble with payments etc, we recommend you get in contact with us as soon as possible.
Do we have to pay for the people that won’t be drinking?
For open bar packages, we price them based on a typical event which takes into consideration that not every single person will be drinking. On the same token we do not charge you extra for the percentage of big drinkers. If you have a large amount of non drinkers a cash bar may be a better option for your event.
When do we need to confirm exact numbers?
You can give an approximate amount of guests when booking, then provide the final count closer to the event date. We do need an accurate estimate ten days prior to the event to ensure we can properly stock and staff the function. If you will not have a clear understanding of how many guests will be attending a cash bar option may more suitable.
What do we need to supply you with?
Our packages are designed to be completely hassle free for the client. We will bring all bar equipment, stock and serving ware. Our bars even come with a kitchen sink! We usually only need access to a power point and a water supply.
What is your cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel your event, these are the T & C’s behind each cancellation time frame:
Less then 28 days prior to booking, no monies will be refunded.
More than 28 days prior to booking day the customer will be refunded their deposit, on the basis that the date can be re-booked, less an administration fee of 10%. If the date cannot be re-booked, no money will be refunded.
